About the industry

Below we have examined 2 examples within the automobile industry where Google Organic is the dominating channel and TOP positions directly affect both traffic and the number of conversions.

Problem

  • Strategically primary keywords are listed on Google’s first page, but not among the TOP3 results.
  • During the season peak months, competitors reach the leading Google Search positions attracting a larger share of organic traffic to their websites.
  • The total number of keywords that prompt pages to appear on Google’s organic results is lower than that of the competitors.
SOLUTION

In order to significantly improve the online visibility of business pages and Google Search ranking of the primary / seasonal keywords, as well as the brand name, we carried out an internal optimization of the content and technical factors, updated the landing page content according to SEO guidelines (primary keywords, volume, intensity, h1-2 formatting), and thoroughly customized on-site SEO content forms.

In addition, we implemented a targeted external publication plan by selecting high-quality and industry-relevant media resources to create useful content. For the purposes of in-bound or multi channel optimization, we selected additional distribution channels for external publications such as Google My Business and social networks.

RESULT
  • As a result of the optimisation, the clients reached the TOP positions with their strategically primary / season-relevant keywords – all of the most important keywords are displayed at the very top positions of Google Search results.
  • A significant increase in the total number of keywords that prompt the page to appear on Google organic search results (especially for the ranking ranges 1-3 and 4-10).
  • Provided a steady organic traffic increase, especially for the peak months (YoY). Improved the overall Google Search performance of the business pages – an increase in impressions and the page’s general CTRs.
  • Over the peak season of 2018, the organic user traffic increased by 1 or 16,780 compared to 2017.
  • +232% (26,841) increase of organic sessions compared to the year before.
  • During the peak season, +118% increase in purchases.
