A client specializing in presentation software was facing challenges in their advertising strategy. The bottom-funnel campaigns were generating some sales but not enough. The Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) was below expectations, and the cost per purchase was higher than desired.
They were running bottom-funnel campaigns using simple visual banners—real-life pictures of their products without any text overlays. These ads lacked engagement and did not effectively convey the value and benefits of the products.
Our team proposed a shift in creative strategy by introducing a carousel format featuring customer reviews. The new approach included key excerpts from customer reviews which were displayed on each frame, emphasizing positive experiences and key product benefits.
